Welcome to the Westonka Youth Sports & Recreation website. This website was formed by Westonka Community Education to provide the families of Westonka with one location to find all the information they need to participate in Westonka Youth Sports and Recreation!

To receive a reduced fee for participation in a Westonka Community Education program, please complete the following online application and submit.

Fee assistance is limited to one class per person per seasonal catalog. Fee assistance may not apply to all programs including, but not limited to, field trips, fees for class supplies, Early Childhood Family Education, and Westonka Community Preschool. Funds are limited and assistance is not guaranteed.

If you are in need of financial assistance for Adventure Club Child Care, please complete the form and we will review your request.

All information provided is kept confidential. A new application must be completed each time assistance is requested.

Westonka Community Education Reduced Fee Application

Please help us remove barriers to participation in extracurricular activities for primary and middle school students. Donate to the Westonka Wings Fund!  Help all Westonka White Hawks soar!  

Not only are youth activities fun for kids, they are an integral part of the development of students and their school success. With the help of  $5,000 seed money from the Westonka Healthy Community Collaborative Grant, we are creating a scholarship fund to help support families who have students who want to participate in youth activities but can not afford the cost. In this way we hope to better serve our students.

All donations are appreciated.  Donations of $100+ will be recognized on the display in the Westonka Activity Center.
